I placed my order, but the confirmation was so unclear that I couldn’t tell if it actually went through. It kind of felt like they didn’t want to make the process too transparent, which was frustrating.

I booked a pickup through sourgum.com and the driver ended up showing up much later than the time they gave me. I had to hang around waiting and shift my plans, which was frustrating. The pickup did happen eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole thing made me question how reliable their service really is. If they’re running late, they should at least send better updates

I was feeling okay about the price at first, but by the time I got to checkout on sourgum.com, extra fees suddenly showed up and totally killed the mood. It just felt a bit sneaky because I don’t remember seeing them clearly earlier in the process.
Maybe I missed some tiny fine print somewhere, but it still left me annoyed. I ended up paying more than I expected, and after that frustrating surprise, I wouldn’t be in a rush to use them again.

I had a good experience with sourgum.com. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first and was a little confused about how everything would go, but the driver made it easy. He showed up on time, was polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He handled everything carefully and didn’t rush me, which I really appreciated. He also kept me updated along the way, so overall it ended up being simple and smooth. No complaints from me.

I booked a pickup and it ended up getting missed twice, which was frustrating. then when I tried to change the order, the site froze on me. Support got back to me late and basically just said to wait. not something I’d count on if you Need it to work.

"Pretty clear pricing, no big surprises"
I ended up using sourgum.com mostly because I wanted to know the cost before getting too far into the process. The pricing was straightforward, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling that some random fee was going to pop up at the very end. I weirdly remember there was a little crumb from a cracker on my laptop while I was comparing sites, which is probably why I remember the whole checkout process so clearly.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few details could’ve been explained a little better before checkout. Nothing major, though. Overall it felt fair, clear, and a lot less frustrating than a couple of the other sites I checked.

The billing was mostly fine, but one renewal charge didn’t look right to me. I don’t think it’s fair for customers to have to chase down charges that seem off, so that part was frustrating. To their credit, support got it fixed after a few emails, and I appreciated that they did the right thing in the end...

I eventually found what I was looking for, but the site felt a bit clunky to use. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and a few of the menus weren’t very clear. The most annoying part was feeling like I was stuck waiting in a queue before I could actually get things done. It’s not terrible overall, but it could definitely be smoother and easier to navigate

I don’t have much patience for bad service, and the staff here really tested it. They were rude from the start and didn’t come across as professional at all. I left feeling annoyed and wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

The issue didn’t get fixed as quickly as I would’ve liked, but it did get resolved in the end. It was a bit frustrating waiting, but overall I’m glad they followed through. My final take: not a perfect experience, but I’d still say it ended on a positive note.

I booked through sourgum.com and overall it was a smooth experience. Compared with a few other booking sites I’ve used, it felt more straightforward and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find the dates and options I wanted.
The only small issue was that the confirmation step seemed to hang for a moment, so I ended up double-checking to make sure the booking went through. Not a huge deal, though. It was still easy to use, and I’d definitely consider booking with them again.
